In Ghana, children go to kindergarten between the ages of 2-6 years. Volunteers can assist the staff with their daily tasks. These include playing, doing crafts, and singing with the children, as well as feeding them, and making sure they take their afternoon nap. In addition, the children are already taught basic knowledge. You will teach them basic things, such as numbers, the alphabet and the beginnings of the English language.
To work in a kindergarten, no special skills are required.
