Twi - und Trommelkurse

Twi (pronounced "twee") is the most widely spoken language in Ghana. You get along very well with English, but the mother tongue is an important part of the culture. Anyone who can understand and speak some Twi opens the hearts of many locals.

If you are interested in learning a bit of Twi in advance of your stay in Ghana, please contact me and I will put you in touch with Exbee. He himself comes from Ghana and speaks the language fluently. Classes are held in English and online via video call. Of course, more lessons could be taken on site.

Exbee also offers drumming classes. Music, and drums in particular, are also an important part of the culture. The courses take place in Ghana in our volunteer house.
